UPVC Doors

We manufacture doors in Eurocell logik 70mm (chamfered and ovolo suite). All upvc doors require to be "toed and heeled" but that aside, we do all we can to make them as fitter friendly as possible. All logik doors even arrive with bridging packers already in place ready for you to insert just the flat glazing packers!

We offer a choice of hinges to suit all tastes and requirements. Our standard flag hinge(top), a slim but still strong hinge which still has plenty of adjustment (middle), or a captive flag hinge(bottom). All in a wide variety of finishes and colours.

Having tried a wide range of door locks over the years, we now use a door lock with particularly strong gearboxes on the hooks. This allows the hooks to take the pressure required to seal the door, which means we do not need to use "cams" which are normally there to take the pressure off the hooks, but are the first thing to foul should the door move by more than about 2mm! Doing away with the "cams" should mean doing away with those annoying service calls to adjust a door by 2mm, keeping your fitters more productive, and your customers happier. For added security we also fit shootbolts top and bottom as standard.

Typical of our attention to detail is the way we connect the aluminium low threshold to the frame. The example on the left shows the standard plastic connector, as used by most fabricators. The example to the right shows how we end mill the aluminium so that it joins neatly to the frame.

Coloured foiled door profiles can be used with matching grained panels in the bottom, to create a coloured upvc door for those who choose not to use a composite door (these are currently not available in full ovolo suite).
