UPVC Doors

We manufacture doors in Eurocell 60mm and the logik 70mm (chamfered and ovolo suite). All upvc doors require to be "toed and heeled" but that aside, we do all we can to make them as fitter friendly as possible. All logik doors even arrive with bridging packers already in place ready for you to insert just the flat glazing packers!

We offer a choice of hinges to suit all tastes and requirements. A slim but still strong hinge which has plenty of adjustment. The standard flag hinge, or a captive flag hinge. All in a wide variety of finishes and colours.

LOOK, NO CAMS!!!!

Having tried a wide range of door locks over the years, we now only use the Millenco door lock. There is nothing worse than a jammed door lock, and from experience we have found the Millenco lock to be the most reliable we have used. Our version also has no cams ( the first thing to catch should a door "move"), instead we fit shootbolts top and bottom and the 3 hooks are shaped to pull the door in tight.

Typical of our attention to detail is the way we connect the aluminium low threshold to the frame. The example on the left shows the standard plastic connector, as used by most fabricators. The example to the right shows how we end mill the aluminium so that it joins neatly to the frame.

Coloured foiled door profiles can be used with matching grained panels in the bottom, to create a coloured upvc door for those who choose not to use a composite door (these are currently not available in full ovolo suite).
